Carb Loading

Was just wondering about carb loading and when to work out..
If i did 2 days low carbs (around 50grms) and then 1 day high carbs (maybe 300) when would i i workout and when would i do cardio??
..or does it not matter?

First time doing a so any tips would be great. Thanks
 
You should probably be a bit more specific since there are a million different ways this can work, but generally you'll want to do more cardio on your low carb days (assuming fat loss is your goal) and put your more intense lifting sessions on your high carb days.

this. depends on lifting times, eating times ect..
