Carb Cycling

Hey guys looking for some advice on my new diet. Going to try carb cycling I need to cut the bf down and really really don't want to lose my hard earned gainz in the process. I'm about 215 and anywhere from 12-14% bf as a rough estimate. I'm in the gym 5 days a week mon-fri and sometimes Saturday's. Here's what the diets looking like

Low carb day

Protein-265g
Carbs- 63g
Fats- 92
Calories-2100

High carb day

Protein- 211g
Carbs- 160g
Fats- 84g
Calories 2180

Low carb days on my off days and moderate workout days
High carbs on my 2 heavy days.

Suggestions?

Overall calories seem a bit low for someone at 215 starting a cut. Do you know what your maintenance calorie intake is?

Carb cycling breakdown looks okay as a start, but again your overall calorie intake seems low. Are you doing any cardio or using any fat loss supplementation?

My maintenance calorie intake is around 2100-2300 that's what Iv sustained at for awhile. I usually don't do any cardio i have a very active job, I walk 10+ miles a day. And for fat loss sups I'll be starting up my ECA stack this week.
