Carb Cycling & HBCD

I'm carb cycling right now (3 low/ 1 high) and I usually take about 30g of HBCD near my workout period. I haven't been counting the HBCD towards my total daily carbs up to now. I'm wondering what the general consensus is on HBCD and whether I should start counting them towards my daily carbohydrate intake?
 
It should be counted for sure.

That said you have been doing this a while so if it is working don't modify the rest of your diet by dropping carbs. Just increase the count by the 30g to be more accurate
