Capsules half dosage

I got 10mg of a product
I want to only take 5mg.
I want to empty contents into a container and scoop out 5mg.
I cant seem to find a 5mg measuring scoop spoon.
Any other ideas to get 5mg?

The reason you can’t find a 5 mg scoop is that every single powder has a different density. Even if you find one, you would need a scale anyway to make sure it’s even close to accurate.

Also, as said, there is 100% chance there are fillers in the capsules. You’ll have to account for that.

Literally, I would just eyeball it and get pretty close to half. If you want to be super picky, get a milligram scale and weigh it out to get exactly half. If it’s something you’re taking daily, even if you don’t get a perfect half, you’ll still be averaging 5mg per day, so it’ll be close enough.

It's simple, get out the mirror and a razor blade. Dump the powder on the mirror and use the razor to separate it into 2 equal lines. You take one and your buddy takes the other and if it sobers you both up then it worked. Later on if you need another 5mg dump another one out on the toilet paper dispenser in the club bathroom and repeat every hour till 3am
