Capsule dosing

Got some Superdrol that comes in 20mg filled capsules... Anybody have a good DIY method of splitting that up so I can take 5mg 2x a day or even just 10mg once? I always seem to just make a huge mess and end up taking 15, losing the rest.
 
The only surefire way I can think of is to separate the filler from the drug with a chemical process... because all of the SD could be on one side.

Or I guess dump it out onto a piece of paper, mix extremely well and split it in half by weight with a scale.
 
I saw a ugl with 20mg caps too...who the hell uses those lol! Almost bought myself and my thought was...why couldn't you get a 10ml oral syringe and mix the contents of the cap with 10ml of liquid and keep in the syringe. Shake up and you should have consistent dosing I would think. Plus its sitting in there 24 hrs max so I doubt it would degrade in that short time. Or also basskiller has some instructions on making a true oral solution and you could just dump them

I'm on day 19 and 10mg is the highest I've gone. I'm about to tap out on the sides but just trying to push 1 more day....1 more...1 more..lol. but I've been hitting PR's like it's in style! Body has changed quite a bit - and I've been eating almost nothing the last week and a few days to the point I really should be losing a lot of weight. It really is an incredible compound.
 
You could find a small container with a lid, like 1-2” diameter. Empty capsule into it, shake well to mix properly and then split into 2 equal sized “lines”. Take one line PWO
 
I used to do my own reloads, so I can mix the gunpowder. No I’m not Jason Blaha. But anyway it’s pretty simple just using a sheet of paper.

Haha no. Not with the fillers and stuff. Now the pure powder PWO. Maybe

I’d not recommend that either. If I was going to snort a steroid I’d pick a non methylated one. Probably Primo Ace. I bet a solid half gram of that up the ol snooter before training would be pretty fierce.
 
This reminds me of Anabolic Doc talking about Rich Piana “snorting his preworkout or possibly an illicit substance”

I think Doc thinks PWO powders go up the nose.
 
I heard snorting test or tren base PWO is pretty intense
 
I walk around thinking I’m going to drop dead every day from 30dbol and a little test and Trest from a blood clot or aneurysm. I’m too scared to do much of that.

Honestly, with my anxiety, I would be thinking that too. Hell, just a little OTC DS of some kind and I get the willies. It goes away most of the time though.
 
And then, of course, when I train, it’s the last thing I’m thinking.

If anything that’s when the zen euphoria comes.
 
Stealing the thread a bit here, but my training partner just pussed out 3/4 of the way through tonight’s training.

I might have to start going solo again soon.

Sheeet, I have to tear myself away. Especially on back day. I always try to wrap in an hour, but I could train for 2 easy if my body could handle it. The gym: Only place I feel 100% right.
