Capsulated greens product?

Hey guys,

Wondering if I am losing benefits by taking a greens product in capsules rather than liquid? I see there is alot of love for the orange triad greens product on here. I bought some MST Mycogreen with my mvp-365 and zmk to try (yeah yeah I'm a bit of a MST fanboy but I seriously think their products are so underrated). Anyway, only taken mycogreen for a couple of days so too early to tell but mainly wanting antioxidant support and improved recovery from training. Definitely more convenient this way but not sure if I am losing benefit by taking in a capsule rather than chugging down a drink. What do you guys think?

No - instead of loose powder, it's simply put into capsules. No difference.

Indeed, though nearly always less economical. Take top of the line Vitamineral Green for an example.

400 cap and 500g powder = same price / powder last roughly 3 times longer by equivalent dosages

Take their greens powder instead. You get more for your money. I have my reservations about taking a greens powder but hey whatever works for you. Don't use it as a crutch use it to supplement your diet.

it is true their greens alone have a very nice dose of probiotics 5,000,000,000/serving, most green powders in the marketplace today lack the therapeutic benefits, this and one other being two out of many to have made a difference, nor does it give one leave to run wild about the playland indulging on happy meals

my recollection of being happy for getting whatever, even a rerun was good for a trade, today adults must ruin everything rucking on about princess bubble gum love me space princess

Thanks. I was just wondering in terms of absorbion and effectiveness of powder vs caps
Something like a greens product doesn't matter. Capped products aren't absorbed as quickly and tend to not hit as hard if you're talking about something such as a pre.
