Capsaicin and mtor

I recently was listening to the stronger by science pod and they brought up that capscaisin can activate mtor so I looked into it a bit and it seems like it has potential. I've only ever seen it's inclusion in fat burner. May be some potential for a company to add it into a muscle builder or recomp type product.

Well I put hot sauce on everything so maybe that’s why I’m so jacked. Lol Always thought it was the superdrol, anadrol, test, tren, etc that I used through the years.
