Caps and powders questions

What do the "0", "00" mean for empty capsules? And I ordered PEA, ALCAR, Piracetam, AAKG, Beta Alanine, AEE, Citruline Malate, and 1,3 Dimethylamlyine, anyone know if those powders are absolutely unbearable?

Piracetam and ALCAR taste fine. Not sure about the rest, haven't tried them in single form.

the 0 and 00 represent how many mg the capsule holds. it says on the site how much each holds
