Capping Acetyl L-Carnitine powder & Runnin it With PLCAR??

When i started my Carnitine research, i quickly found out that there were better more effective forms of L-Carnitine. Back in the day, L-Carnitine sucked cause its absorption abilities sucked so i never use it. Now theres tons & so i ordered a 500 gram tub of Acetyl L-Carnitine & my 1st question is, can this be encapsulated for ease of use??

Second, is the Acetyl L-Carnitine the best choice for fat loss & endurance, or should i stack it with Propionyl L-Carnitine, PLCAR??
