With all the talk of the burning of the liquids could'nt a person just peg the m-1t and using a capmquick machine measure the doses and put the liquid product in a gel cap?

Not sure about peg, but the alcohol based research products eat through a gel cap in a couple of minutes. I cap them by hand as I take them.
