So no workouts over the weekend due to travel and illnes. I can say that I have noticed a difference in my energy level with Alpha. I wish that I could say it was Alpha for sure, but again everyones been sick so I have been hitting the AGGRO preety hard. No sleep for babies equals no sleep for mommies and daddies. I had a mini log for another product last week and this week im back in the gym with Ferox. This morning I benched 3 plates for 315 for 1 rep. first time with 3 plates and the rest of the workout didnt get any easier. I really like ferox, but after a week with another product I feel that something is missing, but I cant figure it out yet. more to come.
