Canada shipping details help

Hi Guys,

I just heard about nutraplanet.com and it's kick ass service. I was hoping to order something and I had a quick question about the shipping details. I"ll copy paste what I see when Im supposed to chose an option:

United States Postal Service
Airmail Parcel Post (2 - 4 Weeks) $14.00
Economy (Surface) Parcel Post (6 - 12 Weeks) $16.00
Global Express Mail (EMS) (3 - 5 Days) $17.90
Global Express Guaranteed Non-Document Service (1 - 3 Days) $43.25

Federal Express
International Economy (4-5 Days) $36.24
International Priority (1-3 Days) $39.25

Are there other options or is that it? And what is the difference between the 2 federal express ones.

FedEx Priority is the quickest - on my last order, they shipped on Friday and I received it on Monday.

I would just use usps airmail for MY orders i've only had to wait for about 10 business days for most orders. An i'm out in alberta. I've used Global Express and it still took over a week.

I wish some places would start using airmail packets for little orders cause i just got a package from the USA from a friend with 4 bottles in it and shipping only cost $4.
