Can you make transdermal mdrol?

Ok I have no idea what the molecular weight is and if it would pass through. I just saw where PP was considering making a transdermal superdrol and wondered if you could essentially make your own by dissolving mdrol into a carrier?
 
PP is making a LV--liquid--SD. There would be no reason to make a transdermal; the absorption with the caps would be better.
