Can you make DMT/ Phera Plex from Halodrol??

I read on the net ( so it has to be true ) that Halodrol breaks down into Phera when heat is applied. This was the reason that some original Halodrol-50 samples contained traces of DMT.

If this is the case, can you buy a Halo clone, heat it, and get Phera? If so, how do you do it??
