Size,..not really. I actually had to make up for lost weight (2 pounds under my normal weight) when I started taking TST.
Strength, not really. I usually have to work a muscle group at least once while on before I notice anything, which takes about a week. Either that or it takes about a week to actually get strength increases.:bb:
Basicly, NORMALLY (or for the past few months) about 183lbs.
If Im eating a lot, I can get to 185, but thats not muscle really, just some fat, and food weight.
When supplementing with creatine or BCAAs maybe 185.5-6.
So, basicly, (as it has been lately) Im waiting (or hoping) I get to 187lbs before I start a log.
As bad as it dsounds, Ive been there (187) twice before, but each time I lost weight (when the funeral came up and I had to fly to Illinios & Got sick as hell one weekend, Had wisdom teeth pulled and bleed for 5 days % and last weekend drove to Alabama with the GF so she could visit her son/family before deployment) abd had to start over.
The last time I wasted away to 181!!!!! :rasp:
Last night I weighed in at 185. So, after stuffing my face, getting back to the gym, Im at the begining again- As of last night.
Like Ive mentioned before- Its been a hell of a month. Of course, **** like this always comes up the second you decide to cycle.
Ive had some good results (seemingly) with the Haladrol- got to 187, but I had to take so many of those under dosed caps that I went through a bottle in like 7 days, and my order took like 10 days before I saw it (actually, I ordered another bottle from Island, and got it in Monday).
So- All this half assing it (well, not all my fault) I figured I'd base a chem (TST) I havent used, because Im sure it will be a harder road now then a few weeks ago.
So- there is is, half the story- figured Id get most of it out now.
