now that i am retired i have the time to devote to my passion for running as well as lifting-pretty time consuming but worth every damned second--when i get to 2 miles i go into the zone and forget about everything for awhile, i leave my cell in the truck and just bring my music with me--i've gone as far as 10 miles, next summer i am THINKING about trying a marathon.
