Can someone suggest a cycle for me?

Did a cycle of Superdrol with great results about 8 months ago but stayed away from PHs because of a law enforcement job i was going for. I'm working there now and have been lifting again for about 2 months (didnt lift at all during academy for various reasons). I lost about 26 lbs since the end of my last cycle and a hell of a lot of strength.

Whats a good cycle I could do to get back to where i was relatively quickly?

You obviously didn't run that cycle right
 
It's a pretty bad idea to quit working out right after or soon after running a PH/Steroid, you're likely to end up weaker and smaller than before you ran the cycle.

Assuming you can dedicate the time to the gym, stick with it, and have everything else on track, I'd probably go with some type of Hdrol clone.

I'd go with some food, training and many days of research if I were him

Definitely important. I'm just giving him the benefit of the doubt, his profile says he's 190# @ 5'5" which means he's most likely put his time in the gym or he's overweight(Hopefully not the case since he just recently got out of the academy).

I would have kept up the lifting during academy but I slept there 4x a week and if I got injured I would have lost the job.

I ran the cycle as I was directed by members of this site, so I'm pretty sure it good.

I had tamoxifen for a PCT, but I dont remember exactly what the cycle was, it was over half a year ago. Hdrol eh? Whats a good set-up for it?

I would probably run it as 6 week cycle like this: 75/75/100/100/100/125. I think the norm is something like 50/75/75/100/100/100.
