I tried search but I mostly get threads from people who already seem to know alot about it..

I am trying to cut up, and want to learn as much about each of these supplements, and the stack's synergistic qualities as well...

can someone please shoot me towards some info or give me a quic dummy's version rundown of what it does and why I need them?
