Can someone help me identify this compound

I am trying to identify 4-chloro-17a-methyletioallochol- 4-ene-17ß-ol-11-dione it seems to me it is missing something. At first I thought it was halodrol then oxyguno but I'm not sure. The compounds can be expressed very similar but act very different. Thanks in advance.
