Can someone evaluate my diet?

Im cutting down. Finished a 30 Lb Bulk about a month and a half ago. Im 17, 5'10, 185 pounds. I do 3 days weights, 3 days empty stomach cardio, 1 day off in any random order (because of work). Oh and the reason I use so many supplements is because I have no time to cook. I go to school, then have 15 minutes to get ready and go to work when i get back from school.

Next (this meal varies but usually stays around the same macros
1 Can Tuna
1 low carb tortilla (8 Net carbs, lots of fiber)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 slices fat free cheese
This meal is melted into a tuna wrap.

Next
50 grams whey protein

Next
50 grams of whey protein

*The only differences between my cardio day and workout day is:

The third meal changes to:

Don't follow this to a 'T', but take a gander of your daily BMR

Okay, onto your diet. 120mcg Clen. I reckon you know what you're doing here and tapered up to that amount. If so, and sides are minimal, kudos. In all reality, your diet looks okay, I'd change a few minor details but that is much better then what I've seen seeing.

Also, great job on bulking on your small frame. Hopefully, it wasn't too much fat gain ;)

Ohh, forgot. Didn't see your pre and post-workout nutrition. When are you working out/exercising?

Yes I did slowly work up on clen. Minor side effects but they were normal ones. (shakes, etc.)

Sorry, I sort of crunched my pre workout nutrition in the end of the 1st post.

The third meal changes to:
2 Slices Flax bread, Udo's Oil, 200 Grams smoked Chicken breast
Then after my workout I have 60 grams of protein.
*Im opting not to do an insulin spike because I only favor it on a bulk.

I workout around 6 oclock.
