Can Not Lose Weight/ Over Dieting?

Need Help With Diet

Am feeling great and noticing change in only 4 hiit sessions. I am struggling finding food that will help me be at the 40/40/20 kcal makeup(p/c/f) I was being an idiot and counting grams, not remembering that fat grams have more cals in them. What are some ideal foods/meals that may fit this profile? I have cut out certain fruits, I really need a carb source. I can always have whey to help that part of the equation but .... am struggling.

vegetarian refried beans man, it's goodness in a can
Black beans and brown rice, the perfect food!
Whole wheat pita pocket is good, I think they have more fiber than whole wheat bread.

Any suggestions would help if not total transformation.

If diet seems okay then tell me that I will be fat forever.:whiner:

Dude, dont give up. I seriously follow guidelines of two of my bro/buddies on this forum(PISTOL PETE and ICHIBAN). It will happen on time brother...so have patience. As long as your diet is clean and workout is regular....you`ll see results.Good luck. I have just done my 2nd bloodtest....and I am no longer PRE- DIABETIC....and its all because I received advise from good friends in this forum. God bless you all

I can not believe I am borderline Obese. Thanks Easy.
I'd make sure that you are using the calipers correctly, and averaging your values.

Calipers are pretty hard to use, and you have to have an understanding of which portion of fat you are trying to measure. There's a 3-4% margin of error, as well.

Progress is from 212 to 208 body fat(measured probably 15-20 times each time til i felt like what i had was right) 24 to 21%. This was from last thursday morning with all conditions constant, i really wanted to go #2 but cant, i think that would help my 208#. I put on 2.5 lean mass. I have done 4-5 morning hiit sessions and 2-3 hiit sessions following weight workouts. Also have really followed my diet. Thanks to all.:drunk:
