I have been taking Argenine & Lysine (Growth Factor) supplements before bed and before working out, and taking ZMA before bed. All to support natural GF, IGF, and test - but am I wasting my money while on an SD cycle?
Yes and no.
If you were not taking those supps, and went on a SD cycle, you probably wouldnt notice the difference if you added GH promoting supps.
If you were taking real IGf-1 or GH, that would be a sick combo
Honestly, since I have noticed that nice trimming effects of p-gh (yeah, that p-gh, but Im refering to GH promoting supplementation in general), I would definately stop taking those for the few weeks while taking SD, and continue post cycle to ward off any fat gains. For me, it also helps with any supression you might have.
not to mention taking real lr3 igf-1 while on sd would be most beneficial in aiding you in keeping all your gains post cycle and help you to not be supressed nearly as much as without it.
