Can I train back and legs only? ( injury )

I know many people talk about muscle imbalance from pushing exercises and rounded shoulders.

But I have a shoulder injury that makes pushing exercises not possible. Would it be fine for me to just do legs and back along with rotator cuff exercises? ( even push ups hurt my shoulder )

Are you serious? You can train your forearms and wack off on a treadmill 3x a week if you want. If you got a injury train around the injury. Get your problem taken care of and train push moves later. Have you ever seen a guy with a big back and big legs who looked little or weak? If anything there the 2 biggest most important body parts

Chris Duffin basically just trained his deadlift for about a year...and now he’s the only man to have ever pulled 1,000 from the floor under 300lbs, or for reps (he did 1,003x2 and barely missed the 3rd rep), or sumo.

And he was pretty jacked.
