Im not a rep, but I have a few things to say on your question, first off, I agree with lightemup in terms of effectiveness, more time between usages will/may/should yield more noticeable desired benefits, however, given the "mildness" of recreate, cycling it as you asked, 3 on 1 off, would probably be just fine.
And to address the 4 caps thing, its often commonplace to see people go above the "recommended" dosages and claim to see better results, but it begs the question, did these people even give the 3 caps a day an honest chance to work, or did they take 3 aday for two days and decide that more was better without really giving the product a fair try, and ask yourself, are you taking advice from the same guys who drink the giant size redbulls and spike drinks, since the little ones dont work for them anymore. Some people are such bad stim junkies they cant feel anything, and whats really sad is alot of them dont even realize it.
It is my theory that people who really know their bodys, and are in tune with their system, and not burnt out from stims, should start out with one, and determine if theres an effect, then two for a few days, see how that works, then if necessary three for a few days, judge how you feel,then you can go back to two or go up to four a day. This is to see whats the least effective dosage that actually works, without any side effects, but if you start with 4 caps a day right away, where do you go from there? 6-8 a day? Whats the point of taking something mild that works very well, and gives a clean, steady stream of energy, when all your gonna due is wind up getting high doses of caffeine, and be all stimmed out, there are more effective products out there if the only thing people are looking for is the stim effect.
