Can I stack alpha gpc and cdp choline together?

Is there any benefit to doing this? Would that be overkill?
What it be a waste stacking together?
They wouldn't compete against each other when taking together

You could but not at the doses which they have been shown to be effective, Alpha GPC has a higher actual choline content compared to Citicoline so if you primarily wanted choline then that would be the choice.
