Planning on taking these two together for weight/fat loss. Can I mix them in the same syringe or do they need to be separate?
I'm going to take the frag 3 times a day and the ipa 2 times a day and I wanted to mix the ipa and frag in two of the shots to cut back on total pokes needed.
