I have been lifting for a while but i never did a cycle. I eat pretty decent but can do a lot better. I dont really know anything about pct's...so that is where i need some help on.
in all honesty you may want to do some research on here first. There is a great thread on PCT support. Also, you may even consider starting with a PH first instead of dbol. Just a thought.
Read up a bit. You need to run cycle support and preload that and a few things. And PCT is CRUCIAL. Search a bit on here.........
ya man you cant expect people to do the work for you. if you want results, search, and search extensively on what to do and how to do it right. what are your stats even? height, weight, lifting experience?
