Can I Get Some Help On My Puffy Nips?

TheMyth

RADIATE LOVER
So I am on week 3 of my PCT from Superdrol, and I am taking Rebound XT, Nolva, and Retain. I am also taking Trib, Milk Thistle, CoQ10, and Saw Palmetto. Since starting this I have noticed that my chest area has gotten really puffy. Can anyone give me a possible explanation? Thanks

How much weight have you gained? How much fat would guess?

Fat gain is important to know, esp so one doesn't jump the gun and cry gyno...on the other hand have you been experiencing any of the other symptoms of gyno? Itchy, painful, anything like that? When you say chest area do you mean the whole chest or just the nipple?

YEa I dropped the trib today. But it hasn't been fat gain because since stopping I have probably been eating less than when on cycle because Im not as hungry, plus its cleaner foods. I have lost 10 pounds so far since coming off, just water it seems like. It is more in the nipples that I see my fat coming, and no itchyness, but I think there are a few lumps, like pebble size.

"I've got nipples, can ya milk me greg?" jk

This is why I run Nolva only. Those AI's are bad news IMO. Of course all my reasoning is anecdotal at best.

If they are sensitive and you notice lumps there that werent there before you started use 60-80mg of nolva ED for a few weeks.

I agree. I only run Nolva. There has been talk on other forums about the active ingredient in Rebound (I think its ATD) actually causing gyno post cycle in some people. It's been a while since i read it and it could be B.S. but you never know.

I had that same problem last year, but mine came after using m1t and inspite of running proper pct i still ended up getting slightly puffy nips that never went away. A year later and the puffyness is still there and noticeable. :(

FWIW
I am not smart enough to answer the year long question. Have you tried Ralaxofene?

I ran almost the identical cycle and had the same problem with puffy nips. I've tried rebound and nolva again by themselves a few months after my PCT from the SD. They didn't reduce in size much if any. I have no "lump", just puffy. I have recently been trying lipoderm-ultra and cap cream on my entire chest region and have been seeing noticable results (I've only been using L-U and cap for a week however). I am currently 215LBS and aprox 10% BF, so I'm not excessivly fat, but I guess maybe the SD helped hook me up with a little chest fat???

If it is progestin related then Nolva is the most appropriate course of action.

uhhh dont think so, there are more specific compounds that can be used to block progestin

Last time there was a huge debate on PCT, the conclusion was that progestin can't cause gyno without estrogen. So if you using a high dose of nolva, you should be ok for BLOCKING.

i think that the actual breat tissue cannot be formed without estrogen so in a way i completely agree. but i believe puffy nipples to be a sort of different gyno that is caused by progestin, which can be blocked by things like Dostinex.

What is this?

Cap cream is Capsaicin cream, when used in conjunction w/ lipoderm it creates a powerful topical fat loss treatment. I've had good results with this combo...i.e. less puffy nips

now that I read this, I think I have puffy nips aswell (and I've never ran a PH/AAS cycle!).

Can someone please describe the difference between puffy nipples and gyno?

Mine are very soft when warm, but get hard and smaller when cold. They do not stick out (conical). They are not sensitive and I can't feel a lump.

Are puffy nips just soft, or conical aswell? I do carry a bit of BF which probably caused them.

Does it sound like I have the same thing, or is this just normal?

I am planning an SD cycle with RXT for pct and don't mind getting a little puffiness, but I do NOT want gyno.

Thanks :)

Sounds like nipps may be filled with blood. I doubt its fat related because you say they shrink when cold. Pure speculation, though. Anyone else with opinions?

The only time they look normal is when its cold. God, I miss haven normal pecs. :(

This does not sound like gyno... as I said before sounds like blood pooling in the nipple. I am not sure if any of the cap/lipoderm will help. Have you tried any of these spot reducers?

possibly, they are soft enough to assume that. but it's probably prolactin/progestin as suggested. I'm speculating aswell.

bizzare: topical fat loss worked for fluffy. you might want to try that.

Anyway, The puffy nips will subside, and as long as no tissue formed, there shouldn't be any issue. Unless your getting ready for a photoshoot you shouldn't worry about it. Progestin doesn't have an infinate halflife.

I think his concern was mainly cosmetic. Did fluffy have the same 'symptoms' as bizarre when he had success with cap and lipo?

Yes, pretty much the same. I have recently finished the cap and lipo. I have def noticed a change in puffiness, this leads me to believe that most (if not all) of "my" puffiness was/is due to body fat. Don't get me wrong, I am not fat, maybe 8 to 10% at my heaviest (I weigh in at 215-220LBS @ 6'3"), it just seems that I store some of that 8 to 10% on my chest. For about $35 total (cap and lipo), it was not a bad investment. give it shot :burger:

Doc,
While we do appreciate the help you are giving, we really don't appreciate the ad for your clinic every time that some asks about something. Could you please refrain from doing this or we will be forced to ban you from our forum

since your test levels are lower than when you are on your cycle your estrogen levels are high ,up your doses and you should be fine perfectly normal during PCT I'm going through it myself
