My assumption (due to the althletic angle) was that by microdosing you where looking to establish what amount would give you gains but keep your T:e ratio below 6 thus mitigating the chances of a positive test.....

You would need a baseline and then on cycle bloods to establish the right amounts though.
Proper cycle would be better but as you’ve mentioned the detection time in bold is crazy long (as is tbol). Dbol is shorter but would add size. Var I believe isn’t too bad either and would fit your criteria.
