Can I buy legit/sterile syringes online?

I need 25G-1” intramuscular hypodermic needles. I have never purchased them online but am unable to find them ANYWHERE locally right now and I only have a few left.

Has anyone ever purchased syringes online before and if so do you know where I can buy legit & sterile ones? By that I mean not dull Chinese knock offs that will hurt like hell and possibly give me an infection

Tell me 1 website with good reviews then!
If you look on Amazon the reviews are “hurt like hell”, “caused infection”, “Chinese knock-off”, “what was delivered is not the same as what was in the picture” and pretty much every other site I have found them on has similar bad reviews.
