Hey guys I finish my bulk in mid July and due to work I have bad feet and knees and because of this I struggle to do cardio I mean if it comes down to it and I have to do it I will I usually run around my neighbourhood but the British pavements destroy my knees so I was wondering when I work out on a cut can I wrap myself in a hoodie and sweat my ass off and burn fat that way and be as effective as cardio?
