Can anyone tell me what compound he might be on

I’m an endomorph with asian heritage which doesn’t help getting lean because of genetics

I know many people wownt encourage to take any compounds but I feel like I’ve done my best in terms of training and nutrition feel like my genetics doesn’t allow me to get the edge that I need

Some stats

168cm
200lbs
BMI 25%

2500 calories daily

Train moderate to hard mainly weight training
3/4 time a week

I walk incline for 15/20min after with 20kg sand bag in different variations on holding.

I really do train hard

Please I’m not knocking them guys that comment training and nutrition and deficit and blah blah please I’ve heard that millions of times and that still hasn’t been working and I’m loosing motivation I need something to give me an edge so that I can get motivated again then work without any compounds

I need some advice on what gear / Sarms etc would you advise a lab rat that wants to loose fat and lean out

Also I found some guy online can anyone say what compound he might be taking.

Thanks in advance Invalid Link Removed

He appears to me to be a guy who gets his protein straight from the tap. With the occasional kielbasa enema.

Hire a coach. If you don't have the money now, start saving for it, it's never too late. I'm sure you've done work and tried different things, but I'm also sure there are things that you can improve and a good coach can spot those things quick, regarding training methods and nutrition. And while it will take for you to work harder, there can also be little tweaks here and there, that can also make some aspects a little easier, in a way. That's my recommendation.
Finally got a coach!

Now eating all this food is hard 🤣

The is is me now after getting a coach started on 22nd march 2026 for anyone that’s following and appreciate the advice on here I always read back on these comments for motivation

That's good work, you lost a significant amount of body fat in 3 months, keep it going man.

Appreciate it man I always read back on this thread when you replied back in 2021. Crazy how time flies. Hope all is well. I’m going to slowly start introducing carbs back in at the moment just oats for breakfast after fasted cardio and oats pre workout in the evening.

I do find that oats pre workout can bloat me sometimes. Keep a eye on that, (personally I can't do oats and whole grains in high amounts or they kind of weigh me down and make me feel full all the time. You may need a easier to digest carb pre workout. White rice, cream of rice, rice crispies, a bagel or toast with a small piece of fruit.

Ultimately you should be listening to your coach and not me I'm just telling you to keep your eye on what foods you eat around your workouts in case it causes you an issue

Yes that’s spot on my coach told me to add rice for meal 2 and meal 3 around my training the next 3 days then check in with him with weight and pictures.

he said next phase can add these other foods but to lay off bread and fruit atm.

💪🏼

I wouldn't call that bloat, if your abs were shredded and then you added it in and your abs washed out I would say that's a issue, but unless you actually feel bloated I wouldn't be worried about it, white rice doesn't usually make anybody feel bloated either I'm not sure if it does with you. Your bringing more water in when you bring in more carbs. Everything's got a kind of regulate, your muscles should start to fill out as well because every gram of carbohydrates needs three to four grams of water to pull that carbohydrate into a muscle cell.

By the way you have a ton of muscle on your back! You been doing a lot of deadlifts!?

Either way you're doing good!

I don’t feel bloated just look it lol and i don’t like it because I wanted to get abs didn’t think 200g of white rice will do this. Apart from that I did feel strong at the gym.

“ Back” I’ve always been complimented about having a decent back.

I do mostly chest supported rows! And reverse grip pull downs.

This is my diet at the moment if you think I can tweak something to help me get shredded i would appreciate it.
