I hear ya on that one... I just try to space them out 3-4hrs apart... I work night shift from 8pm to 6:30am so my schedule is all screwed up anyway... Ya, I wasn't going to start the supps till I hit a rough spot... I lost 17lbs in almost 2months just running on the mill for 15min after my workouts
(5-days/week) without any supps so I plan on going the same route but then adding the supps around 10-11lbs lost...
I'm using Lipo 6 (old version), Anabolic pump and SesaThin, the fats coming off well.
I put this down to the AP and SesaThin but the Lipo 6 is helping with energy. I thought i'd be falling asleep at my desk at work through getting up at 5:50am for cardio but i've been fine.
