Yeah, Beelze has some damn arms! That bastard! I just had to look at them the other day and he was makign me jealous as hell.....

And 16.25" isn't bad atall on the calves! Especially after losing that much weight, bro. I lost 1/2" on my calves in like 5 or 6 days when is tarted my diet, hehe. The IGF-1 may be working....

Beelze is a big bastard, that's for sure....:D
 
i dunno. the calves are a work in progress. not sure what to do with them. heavy, light, high rep, low rep, fascia stretching, etc. none seem to matter much. frustrating but it doesn't change anything. i will continue to push them as hard as i can. we'll see....
IGF-1 may have done something, can't say for sure. this is the 2nd time i've used IGF-1 and probably the last. i've yet to feel any pronounced effects from it. considering the price, i could hire bobo or buy a test/tren combo and get much better results. i give credit to cissus for helping with the chest problem. the last time i used IGF-1, there was no improvement and i doubt it had much impact this time as well. speaking of which, i received an additional bottle of cissus today for a megadosing experiment, i believe this was mentioned earlier.

USP, what dose shall i take?

Calves, I ain't got no calves anymore....(not that I had much to begin with)

My younger brother has calves that attach at his ankles! So, as a result, his are a little smaller than mine, but they look much bigger and better...I'm jealous of that...

pain in the chest = a reference back to the partial pec tear i had almost two years ago. since it healed up about 3 months later, it always felt kinda strained whenever i would attempt to go heavy or for a max set. on the past couple chest workouts, i have not felt that strain. and being that i have used IGF before to no avail with the problem, i contribute it to the cissus.

note: i was never 'diagnosed' with a pec tear from a doc. military docs just gave me motrin and sent me on my way. i remember the set specifically, i was going for @ 365lbs for 8 reps, which back then wasn't that heavy. on rep 3, i felt a burning sensation in my left pec/armpit area. tried rep 4, and i felt something pull or let go in my chest and the weight dropped. pain was horrible, couldn't lift my arm for a couple days without aggravating it. few weeks later, i did some light cable work and stuck to that for a few months. then started back with light incline benching. flat bench still hurt for about 6 additional months. been kinda scared to go heavy on flat since then.
 
Weight: 235lbs

Chest/shoulders went good today. Everything is up slightly on the ol' TUT.
Incline bench- 225 for 7 (6 last week)
Flat dumbbell - 85's for 8 (6 last week)
Cable flyes - 100 for 8 (up 1 rep)
Machine military press - 130 for 8 (120 for 8 last week)
lat raises - 35's for 10 (30's for 10 last week)

Yay. :thumbsup:
 
oh yeah, and the cAMPHIBOLIC is out and cissus is bumped up to 15 caps per day. once again, no pain or indication of a problem with chest today.

Just a tip, for me anyhow (since I find that tren shreds fat off me) it works better to run part of the cycle tren/test and part of the cycle test/oral (serves well to kickstart). if you're doing 18 weeks I'd say go 6 weeks test+dbols, then switch out the dbol for tren and cruise on that the rest of the way through... Try bumping your tren dosage too man, I got GREAT results out of higher dose tren and I get zilch for sides really. I wouldn't hit the EQ too hard, I'd suggest like 400/week is plenty.

What dosages were you looking at for everything?

my idea so far, the test/eq are a blend, i have some extra testenan on hand for the finale, but no separate eq.

week 1-18
testenan 750mg/wk

week 1-16
eq 600mg/wk
trenenan 500mg/wk

as for the dbol/drol idea. couple of guys on MMI did a combo with these two at half dosages. dbol25/drol50 ed and got all the benefits they offer minus the nasty sides that they got at a regular dose of them separate. i know it's frowned upon big time among the bb/pl community since the stacking of methyls is a :nono: we'll see, i may just opt for one of them. looking to add around 2lbs per week with minimal fat gain, blahblahblah, the same **** everyone says, but this time with clean diet adding cals in slowly, the exact opposite of cutting. makes sense to me.

I have a hard as hell time gaining weight on fina - I couldn't "bulk" on it, though if you eat like ~4000 cals a day while on that dose of fina you will probably get slightly bigger and stronger while leaning out.

Have you done dbol/drol before? All I can say is that dbol is great, if you respond well to it - I certainly do. Drol was about as potent, but less pleasant (and 165mg of drol/day is a lot more expensive than 50mg dbol/day). When I'm on dbols I have that "great to be alive" feeling, drol just makes me feel sort of "off" all the time. Unless you've had a bad experience on dbols I'd say that's the way to go 100%.

I don't know how much of an anabolic effect the EQ will add but it will certainly make you hungry :D So eat your fucking veggies :rofl:

did a few dbol only cycles when i was 21-24 without knowing what the hell i was doing. no PCT or anything, just ate buttloads of food cuz at the time, weightgain was hard to accomplish. only problems i had were unbelievable back pumps after about week 3 that made it almost impossible to walk, similar to M1T sides i experienced at 20mgs. responded great to it though, jumping from 205 to 235, then 235 to 255. found AM and stopped that bullshit since.

anyhoo, drol's i haven't tried, and i haven't heard too many great things about them, other than great strength/mass gains. appetite is shot, bad acne breakouts, etc. most experience these sides when they exceed 100-150mgs. at 50mg, most report no sides worth mentioning but still with respectable gains. combined with a light dose of dbol = pretty damn good gains minus sides. of course, this is all speculation based on other guys feedback so MMMV.

as for fina, i've done two cycles so far, both with fina and weight gain has not been an issue. weight loss, however was a different story. i think i have some endo/meso **** going on. great strength gains on fina though, no doubt about that. only side i got was the cough, but only got that a few times.

EDIT: as for veggies, i will make a conscious effort to eat more of these on the cycle. just for you ex. :drunk:

Yeah, the back pumps on dbol can be debilitating - I didn't notice them on drol but a lot of people do. Honestly I am not going to do drol again though... Definately not my bag. When I do dbol again I'm going to make sure I don't need to walk anywhere ;)

You might also try upping your dose of fina if you're not getting any crazy sides and your blood pressure is under control. I noticed good fat loss on 500/week of tren e with a little bit of strength loss, but when I did 700mg/week of the acetate, I saw weeks where the scale would drop 5lbs and my strength would be up...

hmm, well, i definately like higher doses but 500mg/wk of tren enan will do for now. at least til i see how it effects me. gone as high as 525mg/wk with trenace but the half life is 2 days. with trenenan, the half-life is estimated 10 days so that **** adds up fast. a few guys i've talked to said 300mg/wk with the enan was equal to 700mg/wk of acetate once it got good and built up in their system. besides, i've only got 30ml's of trenenan 250 on hand, all my other trenace is blended with different ****.

i like blends. :cheers:

Today's workout was nothing short of spectacular. TUT is my friend.
Barbell rows - 295 for 7 (285 for 7 previous)
Hammer pull machine thing - 340 for 7 (320 for 8 previous)
Lat pulldown - 190 for 6 (175 for 8 previous)
Overhead rope - 190 for 8 (175 for 8 previous)
Tri pressdown - 115 for 7 (100 for 8 previous)
Decline Skull crusher (new) - 65 for 8
Behind the head dumbbell - 30's for 10

Everything was gravy until the last 20 minutes or so, started going hypo from the glucophase. Wasn't horrible but it definately impacted the last bit of my workout. About 45 minutes after the postWO shake of whey, oatmeal, and milk, everything was back to normal. Anyhoo, today was great, had a tremendous pump. Still with 15 caps cissus ed. Me likey. Onward........ :cheers:
 
I may just have to slow my workout down and try some hardcore TUT like you for a while...:D

I found Green Tea (cap form) to be a great fat burner. Could be just me though, If I don't eat 4000 calories i'm down a pound. It may help suppress appetite if you run into trouble.

How many calories are you eating? If you're getting around or below 2500 I'd keep calories steady and just start doing more cardio...

the new adjustment puts me at 2715 cals (328 protein, 200 carbs, 75 fat). doing cardio 60 minutes on non-lifting days at 65% heartrate.

Leg's/bi's today. Went awesome, yay. Decided to trade squats and deadlifts out from week to week and this week was squats. ATG squats are over, can't take them anymore. Went back to good ol' parallel squats PL style. Numbers aren't impressive but haven't done them in a while and it felt good.
Squats 315-6
Leg press 900-6
Hammer dumbbell curls 60-6
EZ preacher curl 135-6
EZ standing curl 80-8

As I've stated before, the bi workout changes from week to week so it's hard to judge strength, especially when you throw TUT in the mix. Anyhoo, felt good today overall. No hypo or anything. Looking much leaner lately, looking forward to the tape measure on Friday.

I feel much stronger since the cissus dose got bumped up to 15 caps/day. Definately noticing a difference.

Yeah I feel you, I know you have rigorously QC'd your product, and it has been helpful for a lot of people, I just can't justify or afford $50/mo for any one supplement, that's like 3x my total monthly sup bill right now (and about 1/3rd of what I would spend on gear per month if I was on :D ). I could have sworn cissus used to be like 8 bucks at BAC, I guess they raised their prices. Shucks :(

What is USP's cissus extracted to? (20:1 , 10:1). It is not indicated on the label but I assume it is an extracted herb. Also when I ordered this product it came with red capsules. Is it possible to get an uncolored capsule next time? I have heard red-40 does bad things to rats! (if red 40 is the coloring used in these capsules).

felt great in the gym today and i was very surprised at the waist measurement considering my diet hasn't been spot on this week. hectic schedule = eating at rubio's one meal on wednesday. seemed to work out okay though. getting ready for the big move back to virginia so my main cardio has been taking lots of **** to the dumpster from my apartment on the top floor. i've got about 3 more days of cissus left, enough for one more workout on sunday.
