Guy is stacked, sure he is taking juicy vitamins, but compared to a lot of other youtubers (excluding the fake weight boys), he is lifting less weight and more reps...

Someone explain, are we doing it wrong (heavy wrights/less reps to failure)?

Or is he hiding his real workouts for competitive reasons?

Some guys react better to high volume and higher reps, some guys react better to low volume and heavy lower reps. Some guys mix it up between both. You have to find what works for you. Training isn't a one size fits all arena.

Once you learn how to contract the muscle u don’t need a lot of weight.

Because a lot of you tubers / bodybuilders show heavy ass sets on camera for entertaining purposes doesn’t mean that’s how they train 24/7. In bodybuilder there’s phases and timing with training and you’re wrong if you think they don’t use lower weight and higher reps with high volume. This is a part of every single bodybuilders routine.

Jay Cutler for example rarely lifts heavy....he lifts lighter weight, perfect form and TUT, lots of volume with a primary focus on muscle activation through a high ROM.

You don't lift heavy to get big, you lift heavy to get strong. Don't underestimate the importance of TUT when building muscle, even with lighter weight.

You are right about people posting on youtube lighting heavy (some with fake weights) for views.

A lot of the pros look like they are isolating certain areas, building definition, and putting muscle "on top" of muscle.

I am noticing the "perfect form", damn...
