Unanswered Calorie question

So I weighed 177lbs when I got back from vacation last week (start of test 400mg) and this is my second week on that dose of test and I’m on day 4 of tbol 40mg. Definitely stronger already, tbar row is noticeably better so that’s where my first change was spotted. Eating 3,100-3,200 calories a day, weighed in this morning at 170lbs... I do 10 minutes of stairs 4 days a week and weight train 5 days with two rest days. I’m wanting to stay leanish on this bulk but don’t want to be wasting my gear and first real cycle.
Recovery is so so as well, chest is still sore from a chest day on Monday, still feeling shoulders from Sunday!

Not sure what your asking exactly? If your wanting to gain weight eat more calories. If you have a more specific question maybe you'll get an answer your looking for.
