Stats: 5'9" 180 lbs. BF Approx 15-16%
I'm currently on week 1 of a 6 wk PMag cycle- looking to gain around 10-15 lbs lbm.
I'm trying to get an idea of what I should be targeting for daily calorie intake. My previous bulk I was taking in around 3200 cals, which is around 500 or so over maintenance and saw decent results.
In my log thread a member basically told me it was difficult to put on fat w/ the PH because it's acting as a nutrient partitioner w/ most calories going to muscle recovery and limited fat storage. I was told to eat no less than 3500 cals or I may be disappointed w/ results.
This being said, what should I be shooting for calorie wise? Id like to keep the fat gain somewhat minimal (I know some is inevitable).
