With all this hoopla surrounding steriods, I find it is necessary to vent. I imagine a few others are feeling the same way. For those of us literary enough to voice our opinions I have a challenge: write what what training, nutrition, discipline, and focus means to you. It is good to say that you are frustrated, but that isn't what this piece is about. A specific story would be ideal for this project; such as focusing my time and efforts on being strong and healthy helps me live a much healthier life than otherwise. For lack of a better word, a "pick-me up" kind of message. Think Readers Digest audience, someone who is unaware of the benefits of controling all your hormonal systems and why this IS important to reach your wellness goals.

All messages from the media point to the negative story, lets give them another underdog to report about. Everybody loves ROCKY, know what I mean?

It will take five minutes to get it off your chests, tell the world how good you feel for succeeding in your personal life.

The winner will get a big push to get their story heard, a well poised voice is most effective... :type:

Who knows, you may feel better too!! Composing your thoughts about a complex issue can be self-liberating. Who knows, you might even change someones mind.

I have an excellent idea on how I will explain in detail that AAS isn't as bad as the general public believes, that athletes aren't the only ones to blame for AAS usage amongst middle school and highschool students. Blame goes towards media, coaches, summer and spring competition camps, parents and society. I plan to start my own online blog to discuss all forms of ideals. I hope you all will visit and perhaps share some thoughts as well.
