So I guess it really is true. No more 4ad in California. Good thing I have some left over. Of course, that will run out eventually.

Is OHT powder still legal or is that down the shitter as well?

Have been picking this up from a few boards. Certain resalers are mentioning that they may no longer sell or ship 4ad to California.
 
Yep, we removed all the Andros from my store 2 weeks ago, Gray Davis also banned ephedra, this rule comes into effect January 1, 2004. Thanx for the fuckin parting gift Gray Davis. I don't think this includes Methyl 1-Test though.
 
Goddamn shame.

I have 30g 4ad left over, and that's it. Need to work on making an injectable so none is wasted. ;)
 
This is just stupid. I guess i'm just gonna have to quit using PH and stick to gear. I mean, if i'm gonna be forced to buy illegal substances... i might as well use real gear and get the most gains for the buck.

We still have Fina & Syno, and yeah, gear would make way more sense than PH. Luckily I have 150 grams of 4-AD :D
 
Would that mean even pre mixed 4ad stacks?
such at T-1Pro,Tren-X,etc.

Is this for orals & transdermals as well?

If so....shiat i better stock up.
 
Maybe you should start a petition to Arnold's office? I know he's all 'against' steroid use now and all, but as a former bodybuilder Im sure he'll be able to appreciate our perspective. I mean, come on, 4AD? I guess Gray Davis would rather have people going across the border to pick up more potent and dangerous chemicals in Mexico.

Damn. The owner of the store told me that about a month ago. Then I asked him again and he wasn't sure, so I figured it was a b.s rumor. He told me two weeks ago that a "good source" told him that prohormes are going to be banned all together on a federal level after January.
 
Is OHT included? Wouldn't mind hearing from legalgear as to whether or not they can still ship to CA.
 
4-ad isn't totally banned in California. The California Legislature passed a law not allowing it to be sold to minors, but adults should still be able to purchase it without a problem. For now anyways!!

You know what, that's a very good question, from what according to my boss were not allowed to sell any 4-AD, he didn't mention OHT, or 1-Test so maybe it's still legal, but I don't know how much longer it's gonna remain legal.
 
what a crock of BS. I saw a bumper sticker the other day: "I Love My Country - Its My Government I'm Afraid Of". Couldnt agree more.
 
The ban in California is nothing new, it just went unenforced. It wasn't until the people who set the motion foward to ban PH's that they found this overlooked law in California.

Here's a couple of excerpts from California's Health and Safety Code, section 11056 H&S.

"11056. (a) The controlled substances listed in this section are
included in Schedule III."

"(f) Anabolic steroids and chorionic gonadotropin. Any material,
compound, mixture, or preparation containing chorionic gonadotropin
or an anabolic steroid (excluding anabolic steroid products listed in
the "Table of Exempt Anabolic Steroid Products" (Section 1308.34 of
Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations), as exempt from the
federal Controlled Substances Act (Section 801 and following of Title
21 of the United States Code), including, but not limited to, the
following:"

"(2) Androstenediol."

Basically it makes it a felony in California for just simple possession of this substance. It will be only a matter of time when all the other PH's we enjoy will be added to this section. :(
