Can anyone estimate this- trying to compare versus my standard pre wo regimen...

220mg sounds high for such a small prop blend (377mg) with tyrosine ahead of the caffiene and four other ingredients behind it (granted things like geranamine can/should be dosed very lowly)

so maybe 200? felt it but not as much as i feel the normal 250...
is R-beta-Methylphenylethylamine another name for geranamine (1,3 dimethyl....)?Didn't know this was at all related to phenylethylamine

feels like its more like 100 or 150 mg.. taste isn't that good either..
