caffeine good or bad for ketosis...again

I know its been discussed before, but lets just go that route again, sence I didnt really like what I found in the search engine. Is it just me or dose the search engine seem less efficient now?


Oh and yes, the diet is low carb.
 
Why wouldn't you want caffeine in ketosis? I run my body into ketosis in all my contest preps while on heavy stims. Very curious!
