What’s the chances the 300 mg caffeine a day from coffee the past few years is causing my higher blood pressure. I was drinking 500mg but scaled to 300. Most time I have taken off is 2-3 days. Should I give it a few weeks before I rule caffeine e out. Ekg came back great and no family history of heart disease

Yes, you should give the body a week or 2 to adjust to not having caffeine if you want to see your BP lower.

Cool. I read it was just a few days as caffeine leaves the body quickly

Sometimes it takes a while even when things clear the body for the body to reach a healthy optimal homeostasis.
