So PLEASE tell me this isn't true! Seems to be true based on all the research out there on it, that it decreases insulin sensitivity
I love me some Caffeine preworkout/coffee/ECA ect... now I'm second guessing it. What do you all think?

I've come across this too, but never looked much into it. I would imagine that caffeine in a pre-wo drink or whatever would be fine. Seeing that basically EVERY pre-wo supplement has caffeine it to some degree or another. I would just avoid it for the rest of the day. Possibly look at cycling your pre-wo supplements as well. Maybe use your favorite (assuming it has caffeine) for a month or two, then do a home blend of some sort w/o caffeine for a couple months.

According to these articles then, fat burners (Meltdown, Recreate, ect..) are acutally making you gain fat. Crazy!

which is why I stay away from Stim-based fat burners brother. The last stim-based fat burner I used was Xenadrine about 7 years ago.

DCP and hardwork homey lol

I find it amazing this isn't getting more attention being caffeine is in like almost every single suppliment (preworkout/fatburing ect..) and being insulin plays such an important role in carbohydrate transport...
