i ususlly take a slow digesting protein before i go to bed.. is there any food source that can provide me with the same before bed..
 
i used to eat cottage cheese but it takes way to much to get the amount of protein i want

How much protein do you need? I think a half cup of cottage cheese has around 13-14 grams of protein. I personally love the taste of the stuff so I have no problem getting it down.
 
Just eat some cottage cheese, salmon, or beef(there are still tons of other options just stating my normal three). All things i usually eat before bed :food:
