Is caber only available stateside as brand name or can I get it as the generic (caber) as a prescription? Also does health insurance cover it or is it considered on the same tier as viagra or cialis? Any idea how much insurance covers on it or the price I'll be paying, my insurance only covers 30% of viagra and cialis..
