CA and H-Drol Stack

Looking at running the following:

1. CEL Cycle Assist -

Preload 10 days before starting H-drol at 4 caps per day around 7am.
While using H-dro, take 4 caps around 7am and 4 caps around 9pm.

2. Competitive Edge Labs H-Drol -

Weeks 1-2: 50mg/day (take 2 caps around 4pm <workout around 5pm>)
Weeks 2-5 or 6: 75mg/day (take 1 cap around 11am and 2 caps around 4pm)

3. PCT:

I Force Nutrition Reversitol -

Week 1: 1 cap am, 2 caps pm
Week 2: 1 cap am, 1 cap pm
Week 3: 1 cap am, 1 cap pm
Week 4: 1 cap pm.

Lean FX at week 3 of PCT

Any problem with using something like APS Phenadrine for preworkout?

Can you give me the ingredients for the APS Phenadrine - I'm not familiar with it.

One thing I have heard with H-drol is lower back pain; does it depend on the person or the type of dosage? Not sure if I sh ould expect this and if so what is best to deal with it?

Eh, go ahead and run it but be careful and monitor your blood pressure/heart rate.

For H-drol, thought I saw somewhere to help avoid suppression, dose it higher earlier in the day than later.

Originally I was thinking:

Weeks 2-5 or 6: 75mg/day (take 2 caps around 11am <or even earlier in the day?> and 1 cap around 4pm)



Start it day one... get some bulk taurine powder from nutra and mix in one teaspoon twice a day with your protein shakes (tasteless stuff).
 
But wouldn't take the bulk of the dosage later in the day possibly result in better chance of suppression?


DS/PH's generally have a short half life I take advantage of the doses by spreading them (or the majority of the doses) around the time I work out... so option 1 looks better to me. Opinions can vary though.

Look there are going to be sacrifices made to make gains - I just optimally take my ph before and after workouts to help with muscle growth but yes sleep and suppression can be affected as a result. There is no reward without risks or some loss.
