Hello
a friend of mine took 2 month to ABE (new),
now I would like to do 2 month of Compound20 (new).
Because both contain Lodhra (Bark) Extract,
I was wondering if it was too much to take for 4 months (2 + 2) of Lodhra (Bark) Extract?
Usually you should not overdo ABE for more than 2 months,
but this is due more to "Anacyclus Pyrethrum d.c". or even for Lodhra (Bark) Extract.
