Today was my last dose of Flexatril and I gotta say that I will more than likely be purchasing another bottle here in the near future. This stuff has been great!! Noticeable benefits outside of your standard join complex product.

No aches and pains/popping in the joints and hands were the biggest pros that I noticed.

Good news - just got my Flexatril in!! The team over at Scivation also threw in a little extra surprise......I will post pictures later!
 
This will be my 1st day "loading" the product, but for me it is an off day.

I will be dosing as recommended by The Solution at 6 pills a day for 10 days. This should work out perfect as I just started up my 5/3/1 training and we all know that switching over to a strength-based program can tax the joints at times.

I had a Deadlift session yesterday which felt great because I haven't deadlifted heavy for about a year (was sticking with higher volume DLs).

Deadlift Session:
Deadlifts (3/3/3+): warmup,warmup,345x3 ,365x3 ,385x3+1
Leg Press: 210x10,210x10,220x10,220x10,220x10

About to hit OHP day for my 5/3/1 split. Will follow up later with numbers and and I will also have my first Flexatril dose today.

I forgot to mention that I have removed all joint support that I normally have in my daily supplementation just so we know that all joint benefits will be from the Flexatril.

I've been taking it right before my last meal of the day.

So timing had been with 1st meal of the day and last meal of the day.

Should I be taking the dose closer together, or all 6 at the same time?

Spread the dose 6-8 hours apart or first and last meal

I'll be following along , recently my knee started bothering me so would like to see how this helps for you and how fast it acts
 
Really starting to notice the benefits of this product as I am starting day 8. I will post up more details around my workout from yesterday and the timing of my dosage which usually is split between Meal 1 and meal 5.

I have really started noticing the benefits of Flexatril. Over the last several months my hands have started hurting/aching from the stress of my desk job (typing) + gripping weights. This was the first benefit I noticed as this aching has not been happening for the last couple of days. I have also noticed that the popping that normally happens in my knees isn't happening any more. The popping wasn't painful, but it was noticeable.

I will keep you all posted as I start to notice more benefits!

I can tell you that I will more than likely be buying another bottle of Flexatril. I may see what happens once this cycle runs out - if the benefits just diminish and die off or if they still last. I know Solution mentioned that his issue was fixed permanently if I remember right.

Either way, I will be purchasing more haha

I swear that I posted my final word on Flexartril last week, but it doesn't appear so.

I would absolutely recommend this product to a friend or anybody looking to try out a new joint support product. This stuff give great results, and I dosed my last pill several days ago and I have retained all benefits so far.

I will be purchasing another bottle sometime down the road, but I want to see how long my current benefits last upon this cycle ending.
