Well I've always used to get my protein from Costco here in Canada. 5lbs jug for 45.99 then the price kept going up so i changed to a a muscle tech one when parents when to the states (5lbs bag for 30$) but those sources are no longer available.
I am wonder where Canadians buy their protein in Canada. Do you go to a store, if so which one and what do you buy?
