Okay guys today I woke up with painful pumps in my biceps . I did some curls last night before bed I didn't eat very much yesterday. My wife and I are noticing change in my physique I got quite a bit of physical activity playing hockey with my son yesterday. My biceps are fully pumped my forearms are full my legs are throbbing last time I had pumps like this I was on trend and using a heavy blend of creatine nitrate but I'm not on trying and I'm not using any creatine nitrates. So any ideas would be helpful it's not painful to the point of agony but my muscles are full thick and swollen looking it's definitely a good thing I did take to bx yesterday. No adverse sides just a full day of crazy Focus energy I just wouldn't stop I was up at midnight massage my wife's feet.
